Focusing ceremony

Focusing group is actually a spiritual practice, at which (all that went to attend it) it in circle with no less than 5 people in each circle. It does not have a definite duration but it is always longer than 15 minutes. It is me, that is speaking out the quotes from the Codex, that others listen to and they focuse on them, thinking intensivelly on the given words, while breathing deeply and slowly - with eyes closed. It is not needed to go strictly by these rules, but by whatever makes best effect on you. Key is to relax and also focuse, and to let go off weakensses inside and outside your mind and body.

Wy workday

My starts up very early. Around 5.30 i am usually awake and i get ready... At 6.30 i am at our Pantheon (temple) and i ready everything for morning Honorings. Honorings take place at 7.00 and there are always enough people present at them, that i dont feel bored at the ceremony. Honorings as such dont last for long, as this is beginning of a day. around 7.30 Honorings are over and i lock the place and head to work. Work lasts for 8 hours, normally, and after that time i sometimes have some hours of free time, or if it is agreed so, i head back to Pantheon and lead "Focusing groups". I will talk more on that a bit later. Of couse i must also lead the evening Honorings, which take place at 19.00 hours. When evening Honorings finish, i have now free time for myself; catch last chance to shop :D I also sometimes meet with Katulus to talk about various issues in our Praefecture.

Panem et circenses !
